These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ServiceLens website at servicelens.ai (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
1. Who we are
The Site is operated by ServiceLens (“ServiceLens,” “we,” “us”), based in Texas. ServiceLens provides software and AI assistants that help HVAC companies run their business.
2. The ServiceLens service
Use of the ServiceLens software, apps, and AI assistants by an HVAC company is governed by a separate written agreement between that company and ServiceLens. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement controls.
3. The Accelerator
Information about the ServiceLens Accelerator on the Site is a general description, not an offer of investment or a commitment to fund any company. Applications open December 1, 2026. Any investment is made only under a separate signed agreement, after our review, and on the terms in that agreement.
4. Estimates and examples
Savings figures, calculators, pricing examples, and sample results on the Site are estimates for illustration. Your actual results depend on your business and are not guaranteed.
5. Using the Site
You may use the Site to learn about ServiceLens and to contact us. You agree not to:
- send false information, spam, or anything unlawful through our forms;
- try to break into, overload, or interfere with the Site or our systems;
- scrape, copy, or reuse the Site’s content or design for a competing product;
- pretend to be someone else or misrepresent your connection to a business.
6. Our content
The Site and its content, including the ServiceLens name, logo, the crew characters and their names, text, images, and design, belong to ServiceLens or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not use them without our written permission, except to share links to the Site.
7. What you send us
When you send us a message or idea through the Site, you confirm you have the right to share it. We may use feedback and suggestions to improve ServiceLens without any obligation to you. How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Links to other sites
The Site may link to websites we don’t control. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
9. Disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we don’t promise the Site will be error-free or always available.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, ServiceLens will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. When we do, we’ll change the effective date above. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
